Why hasn’t anyone created a book with easy, healthy Indian food?
This book is a true labor of love: the recipes are inspired by my childhood, my mother’s upbringing and the blended identity of an Indian family spreading their roots in sunny California.
My mom and I realized Indian food is becoming quite popular in the health and wellness industry (golden milk anyone?) and with this book, we want to bring some of these trends back to their roots.
Our goal is to make Indian food approachable for the health-conscious individual. We bring you real, delicious food that you can adapt for your own healthy lifestyle (whether you are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, etc.).
